These terms govern your use of AllTheSales, offered by Clark Ventures, a product line of Clarcore LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, 4539 N 22nd St Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016 ("we", "us"). By using AllTheSales, including through Muse, you agree to these terms.
What AllTheSales does
AllTheSales is a fashion shopping discovery app. It helps you find a specific item, see other stores that carry the same item in your size, and track sales by percent off, price target, or return to stock in your size. When you choose to buy, we link you to the store's own website, where you complete checkout.
Purchases happen at the store
We don't sell products. Every purchase is between you and the store, on the store's website and under the store's terms, prices, shipping, and return policies. Questions about an order, a refund, or a product go to the store.
Prices and availability
Prices, sizes, and stock come from product data provided by retailers and partners. They can change at any time and may be out of date or wrong. The price and availability shown on the store's website at checkout are what count. Watches and sale notices are provided as a convenience, and we don't guarantee that any notice will arrive or arrive on time.
Affiliate links
Some links are tracked affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from the store when you buy. This doesn't change your price.
Acceptable use
Use AllTheSales for your own personal shopping. Don't misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, resell its results, or use it to break any law.
Your account
Your account is anonymous and tied to your connection in Muse. You're responsible for activity under your connection. You can disconnect at any time.
Third-party services
AllTheSales works inside Muse and links to third-party stores and networks. We aren't responsible for their services, content, or policies, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or the stores we link to.
Intellectual property
The AllTheSales name, site, and software belong to Clarcore LLC. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
AllTheSales is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or savings. Our total liability for any claim relating to AllTheSales is limited to $50.
Changes and termination
We may change or stop AllTheSales, or these terms, at any time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above. We may suspend access for misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
